Key Result Areas for the Role:
- Ensure satisfaction of staff at the branches and work with managers at the branch to achieve retention of staff
- Ensure on time processing of employee documents
- Coordinate with HOD's for recruitment, and facilitate induction of staff at branches




- Monitor implementation of HR policies and procedures at the branch
- Monitoring and updating the HR issues at Branch.
- Responsible for understanding the requirements & the manpower deployment pattern, conduct interview accordingly for selection right skill set.
- Conduct work assessment of individual employees and take appropriate measures so that the work load is uniformly distributed among employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Attendance Monitoring*
- Monitor daily attendance. Submit Monthly attendance report of the branch to the Manager HR, Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- Recommend solutions to resolve attendance difficulties.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions.
