Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive whose primary responsibility will be handling day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will also assist with office administration and documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts (Primary Role – 80%)
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Administration (Secondary Role – 20%)
- Maintain office files and company documents.




- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Perform general administrative tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and MS Excel.
- Basic administration and documentation skills.
