Role & responsibilities

The Regional Business Head (RBH) owns strategy, operations, HR, and analytics across the centre network. The role manages Centre Heads and Cluster Heads directly, and carries accountability for multi-centre business performance, clinical quality outcomes, and people leadership across the region.
- Own P&L; and EBITDA performance across all centres in the region
- Set and drive regional strategy, AOP, and growth targets
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Cluster Heads and Centre Heads
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and standards across centres
- Drive cost management, resource allocation, and turnaround of loss-making centres
- Represent the region in HO reviews and act as the escalation point for cross-centre issues
- Build bench strength succession pipeline for Centre Head and Cluster Head roles
- Demonstrated exposure to P&L; ownership, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination

Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Qualification: Graduate/ Master

Experience: 10+ Years
