Job Summary

We are looking for a highly confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor with excellent English communication skills to guide parents and students through our academic programmes.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about counseling, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to convert enquiries into admissions through skilled consultation and relationship building.

This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right educational solution.





Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries from parents and students.
- Counsel parents regarding UK curriculum courses and academic programmes.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning plans.
- Conduct detailed admission counseling over phone, WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective parents until admission is completed.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build strong relationships with parents through timely communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic team for demo classes and onboarding.
- Resolve parent queries professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of courses, fee structure, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure smooth admission documentation and enrollment process.
