Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
- Assist in Purchase Order (PO) and invoice matching.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries under supervision.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP/accounting system.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS reports as required by the Finance team.




- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- B.Com, BAF, BBI, BMS (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification with 70% grade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Work Timings
- Regular Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (IST).
- Month-End Close: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST). If needed Work From Home (WFH) will be allowed
