Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to





support our Sales team in driving agent engagement, managing sales operations,

and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and travel partners. The

ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency,

and a customer-centric approach

Key Responsibility

Sales Coordination & Support

 Support the sales team and Travel Partners on boarding and activation of

Agents B2B Portal Login.

 Ensure all mandatory onboarding documents are received and validated.

 Coordinate with the Sales Team / Travel Partner (Agents) for any Missing

documents.

 Maintain and track agency master data in Excel tracker.

 Support Sales Team with agent-related request.

 Support Travel Agent related queries.

 Co-ordinate with Internal Team for Portal, Technical, Accounts team etc.

whenever required.

 Handling Inbound and Outbound calls in IVR.
