We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance Monitoring team at Marsh, within the Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs division. This role will be based in India. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Compliance Monitoring team plays a critical role in supporting robust oversight of regulatory and compliance activities across the organization. You will establish and maintain a data analytics, automation, and reporting framework to support Compliance Monitoring efforts in the UK, carry out transactional monitoring and testing, and assist with ad hoc data queries arising from Compliance Monitoring reviews.

We will count on you to:
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive data analytics and reporting framework tailored to the needs of the Compliance Monitoring Team in the UK.
- Complete and facilitate data analytics as part of Compliance Monitoring reviews,



generating regular automated and ad hoc reports on Compliance Monitoring activities.
- Review Compliance Monitoring processes and outputs to identify and implement automation opportunities, increasing team efficiency and enhancing the value of outputs.
- Carry out comprehensive analysis to highlight trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and present findings and insights to the Compliance Monitoring Team and relevant stakeholders.
- Fully integrate with and become part of the Compliance Monitoring Team in the UK to understand their needs and proactively provide technical support.
- Engage with other business areas to gather necessary data and insights to assist Compliance Monitoring activities.
