Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience to develop, optimize, and standardize production processes. The candidate will be responsible for BOM preparation, TAT monitoring, process verification, time studies, and implementing step-by-step manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).




- Create detailed step-by-step process flow and manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct time studies and establish standard cycle times.
- Define and monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for every production process.
- Perform process verification and validate production methods before implementation.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production efficiency, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
- Support recent product development and engineering change implementation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.
