Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage export import documentation, including pre-shipment and post-shipment activities.
- Coordinate with banks for LC opening, amendments,



and other banking operations related to exports.
- Prepare various types of export documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to concerned authorities (CHA) for clearance purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years experience in EXIM industry with a diploma in Export and Import Management or equivalent qualification.

Solid knowledge of customs regulations, DGFT policies, Fema guidelines, and other relevant laws governing international trade.

Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents like commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin etc.

Qualifications
- UG: Diploma in Export and Import Management
