About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Home Loans to drive business growth through channel partner development and sales management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in home loan sales, channel partner management, lead generation, and customer acquisition within the Banking/NBFC sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets.
- Generate quality leads through channel partners.
- Drive loan application conversions and disbursements.

Channel Partner Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders, and distributors.
- Conduct product and process training for channel partners.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with partners.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition




- Support partners in acquiring customers.
- Improve lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion ratios.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the loan journey.

Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategies for market expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities and regional trends.

Compliance & Operations
- Ensure documentation and loan applications comply with company policies.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high-quality service standards.

Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track sales performance and partner productivity.
- Recommend improvements to achieve business targets.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loan Sales / Mortgage / LAP / Financial Services.
✅ Robust network of DSAs, Builders, Brokers, and Channel Partners.
