Role Description
The Human Resources Executive at Gobinkies will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kolkata Area includes driving HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. The position is responsible for supporting employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution,



and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs, implement HR initiatives, and support training and development programs. The role also involves preparing HR reports, coordinating perks and attendance management, and serving as a key point of contact for HR-related queries.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in managing core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle grievances, foster engagement, and support a respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including developing, implementing, and updating HR guidelines and procedures.
