Position Overview
- Job Title: Assistant Professor Digital Marketing
- Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (Matigara Campus)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
- Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD) / Dean of Academics
- Salary: As per MAKAUT / UGC norms (Negotiable for deserving candidates)

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
- Deliver high-quality lectures across BBA, MBA, and BCA programs on subjects including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Web Analytics, and E-Commerce.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, case studies,



and assessments aligned with the MAKAUT syllabus and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions using industry tools like Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, and WordPress.

2. Research & Industry Engagement
- Conduct original research and publish in ABDC / Scopus / UGC-CARE listed journals.
- Guide students through internships, research projects, and capstone dissertations.
- Build industry partnerships for guest lectures and live project collaborations with digital agencies and startups.
- Stay updated on emerging trends like AI-driven marketing, programmatic advertising, and MarTech.

3. Mentorship & Administration
- Coordinate student clubs, hackathons, and competitions (e.g., Google Online Marketing Challenge).
- Contribute to placement readiness through resume building, mock interviews, and LinkedIn optimization.
- Participate in NAAC/NBA accreditation activities and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).
