- Source top talent for various roles within the organization through effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet performance standards.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition ( Telecom and ISP industry experience is preferred)
- Solid communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in It and no n-IT recruitments.
- Job location is Bellandur, Bengaluru
- Should be comfortable with 5.5 days working.
