About the Role

Ninja Media Creations is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities across media, production, events, interior projects, IT, and office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining robust vendor relationships and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for production, events, office interiors, IT equipment, branding materials, and office requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and service providers.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project timelines.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare procurement reports,



cost analysis, and monthly MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, Events, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Infrastructure industries is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
