About the Role:





We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships with real estate developers across Hyderabad and Pan India markets. The role requires a strong B2B sales skilled with experience in the real estate ecosystem, capable of managing CXO-level conversations, complex deal cycles, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development

* Drive new business acquisition with real estate developers across regions.

* Identify and develop enterprise sales opportunities with large and mid-sized developers.

* Build long-term partnerships with developer groups and senior stakeholders.

Developer Relationship Management

* Establish strong relationships with promoters, directors, project heads, and procurement leaders of real estate companies.

* Act as a strategic partner to developers by positioning PropChk's project monitoring, quality assurance, and due diligence solutions.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management

* Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closu
