MARS Cosmetics is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Retail HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining practical industry experience.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews for retail hiring.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities as required.
