About the Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the strategic rollout of our retail chain business across the region. You will act as the vital bridge between corporate headquarters and field operations, leading a high-performing sales team to establish a robust network of retail and franchise outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Retail Network Expansion: Lead the end-to-end setup of the retail chain business, identifying prime markets and securing master and retail franchise partnerships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:



Develop and implement aggressive sales plans tailored to local markets to meet regional revenue targets and drive the promotion of Zoltrix products.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and the broader sales force, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Channel Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, franchise owners, and channel partners to ensure optimum market penetration and supply chain efficiency.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies and ensure premium brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills
