At NewKind Fertility, we're building a modern fertility and wellness platform focused on supporting patients through education, guidance, and structured care programs.

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven On-Ground Sales Executives to represent NewKind in Chennai by connecting directly with individuals and couples seeking fertility support. While our headquarters are based in Hyderabad, this is a field-based role focused on the Chennai market.

What You'll Do

• Meet prospective patients across Chennai on a regular basis.

• Educate patients about NewKind Fertility's programs, services, and treatment journey.

• Understand patient needs and provide guidance with empathy and professionalism.

• Generate leads and convert interested individuals into program enrollments.





• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective patients.

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and daily field activities.

• Track outreach activities and contribute towards growth targets.

Requirements

• Freshers to 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Customer Relations, Healthcare Sales, or related roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.

• Empathetic, confident, and people-oriented personality.

• Comfortable interacting with patients on a daily basis.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai for field visits.
