About the role?
This role is a frontline inbound support position, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and partners reaching out via calls and chat. As an Inbound Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming queries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every interaction is smooth, empathetic, and solution-oriented.

The role demands robust communication skills, active listening, and the ability to think on your feet while managing multiple conversations. Roles and Responsibilities?

Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 yrs of experience in chat support.
- Love speaking with new people.
- Are a problem solver with a never give up attitude and love new challenges.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Are empathetic and always look at providing nothing but the best possible solution to customers.
- Are a start-up enthusiast and understand what it takes to be part of a young and fast growing team.
- Are tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Applications and CRM tools.
