Job Purpose

The Investment Counselor (IC) will be a senior client-facing advisor responsible for delivering holistic, portfolio-led investment advisory to HNI/UHNI clients. The role focuses on asset allocation, portfolio construction, tactical investment recommendations, and cross-asset advisory aligned to client risk profiles and financial objectives.

The IC will partner closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deepen client relationships,



drive AUM growth, and ensure best-in-class advisory standards with strong governance and compliance oversight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Advisory & Portfolio Management
- Act as a trusted investment advisor for assigned HNI/UHNI clients.
- Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and recommend asset allocation strategies aligned to client risk appetite and financial goals.
- Provide actionable investment ideas across asset classes Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and Alternates.
- Drive portfolio rebalancing and tactical allocation in line with internal research and market outlook.
- Ensure suitability, risk profiling, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Delivery
- Support RMs in acquiring new clients and expanding wallet share of existing relationships.
- Drive sustainable AUM growth through structured adviso
