Roles & Responsibilities
- Work as a Core SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Consultant on implementation and transformation projects.
- Participate in at least one full lifecycle (End-to-End) SAP S/4HANA implementation, covering requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Configure and support 34 or more SAP Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Management Accounting/FP&A.;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Configure SAP FI/CO modules and ensure integration with other SAP modules.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and management accounting processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical consultants to deliver project milestones.
- Manage stakeholder communication, provide business process recommendations, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive SAP best practices across Finance operations.
- Prepare documentation, user training materials, and provide post-go-live support during the stabilization phase.

Mandatory Requirements
- Core SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant
- Minimum 1 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Implementation (Implementation project duration should be at least 2 years)
- Hands-on experience in at least 3–4 SAP Finance modules
- Robust stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Support/AMS-only profiles will not be considered.
