About the Role

We are looking for a Product & Field Marketing Manager who can turn product and market insight into real assets that sales actually uses. This is a hands-on production and execution role you personally write, design-brief, and maintain the sales enablement library, and you own field marketing execution end to end, from CFO roundtables to other brand-to-demand programmes.

Content quality bar is high: you should be equally comfortable writing a battlecard for a live sales conversation and writing a piece that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI search engines. You understand that field sales, demand gen and SDRs need the same core narrative flexed differently, and you build for that from the start.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify content gaps, topical authority opportunities and content decay.
- Build content roadmaps covering websites, blogs, FAQs, videos, social content, knowledge bases and other relevant formats.
- Work closely with Technical SEO and GEO specialists to convert technical insights into actionable editorial plans.




- Use AI-powered research and content intelligence tools to identify emerging topics, prompt opportunities and AI search visibility gaps.
- Craft real-world assets that SDRs, field sales, and demand gen can use
- Own all sales enablement content production - write, design-brief, and maintain the full library
- Own field marketing execution - CFO roundtables and other programmes spanning brand, demand, and a land-and-expand perspective
- Turn dense B2B SaaS topics into clear, insight-led content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI/LLM engines
- Flex the same core narrative differently for demand gen, field sales, and SDR use cases

Required Skills & Experience
- Must have a structured marketing approach to solving business problems, and have personally written and shipped sales enablement assets for a software/SaaS sales team — not generic marketing collateral
