- Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs), nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, skilled networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates for experience, education, certifications, licensure, and overall fit with organizational culture.
- Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and feedback collection.
- Manage offer negotiations, credentialing coordination, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, job fairs, and university recruitment events.
