Job Summary

2050 Healthcare is hiring an experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for its Rehabilitation & Critical Care Center in Bhatagaon, Raipur. The candidate must have extensive exposure to ICU and Critical Care patient management and possess strong clinical and emergency-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor ICU, critical care, and rehabilitation patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure timely medical interventions.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate clinical support.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Review treatment plans, medication orders,



and patient progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- BHMS, BAMS, or BDS from a recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Mandatory experience in ICU and Critical Care settings.
- Robust knowledge of emergency medicine and patient management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care facilities will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
