Job Description

KISNA CSA is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable jewellery, achieving sales targets, increasing diamond sales, building long-term customer relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of store operations and brand representation.

Detailed KPI/ Core Skill Set:

Monthly Sales Achievement of 100%. Maintain the set target Average Bill Value(1L). Ensure Conversion 80% conversion. Unit per transaction 2. Up sales Standard. 100% of Diamond Target Achievement with 70% mix of self/total achievement.

Customer Experiences CSAT 95% (positive feedback). Google reviews & ratings = total numbers of footfall & social. Zero Complaints with TAT of 24hrs.



BTL Customer data collection 30/day with genuine approach & numbers. Birthday / Anniversary celebrations 80% of the actual celebrations data. To ensure to achieve the in store & outdoor BTL target. Repeat customers in store visit & sales /KMR conversion. Appointment bookings thru BTL & online lead. To generate 50% Customer referral data of the total bills generated.

Ensure to achieve 100% of KMR scheme enrolments value Target should 5% of the total sales target & KMR qty should be minimum 40% of the total monthly bills. Smooth closure 0f 100% KMR qty & re-enrolments should be 40% of the closure qty.

Improve efficiencies thru footfall handled, Sales per hour, attendance, late coming & grooming. Ensure the standard VM compliance, Display maintenance, Counter hygiene, Inventory accuracy 100% , No damage & QC fail, proper tag , stock handling , billing accuracy with zero error , Store SOP compliance 100%.
