About Acofel is Australia's driving instructor marketplace, connecting learners with the right instructor, fast. We're growing our Customer Care team and looking for someone who's great on the phone and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with learners and driving instructors
- Resolve booking, payment, and account queries with patience and clarity
- Log interactions accurately in our support system
- Escalate complex issues to the right team
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone on every call

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in phone-based customer support (BPO/call centre background welcome)
- Clear, confident spoken English - a neutral/Australian, British, or American accent is a plus
- Strong listening skills and patience under pressure
- Comfortable using CRM/ticketing tools
- Available to work 9-5 Melbourne time
