Role Description
The Localization & Translation Client Operations Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role manages day-to-day client operations for translation and localization projects, including onboarding clients, understanding their requirements,



and coordinating project timelines and deliverables. The manager will monitor project workflows, track performance metrics, handle escalations, and ensure that translations meet client expectations for quality and turnaround time. They will collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize processes, gather client feedback, and support continuous improvement of the platform. The role also involves preparing basic reports, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
