AI SEO Team Leader
to lead our AI-first organic growth initiatives for international e-commerce brands. This is a
hands-on leadership role
, where you'll execute advanced SEO strategies while mentoring a team of SEO professionals.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in
Technical SEO, E-commerce SEO, AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Digital PR, and Content Strategy
. You should be passionate about optimizing websites not only for Google Search but also for
Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute AI SEO strategies for international e-commerce websites.
- Optimize websites for Google AI Overviews and AI-powered search engines.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Improve AI visibility through semantic SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and topical authority.
- Monitor AI search trends and continuously adapt SEO strategies.





Technical & E-commerce SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Optimize product pages, category pages, collections, blogs, and landing pages.
- Improve website architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency.
- Manage Shopify SEO and large product catalog optimization.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.

Digital PR & Authority Building
- Build high-authority backlinks through ethical outreach.
- Develop Digital PR campaigns to improve brand authority.
- Increase referring domains, brand mentions, and topical relevance.
- Build relationships with publishers, journalists, and industry websites.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and train SEO Executives and AI SEO Specialists.
- Assign tasks, review work, and maintain quality standards.
- Develop SEO SOPs and optimize team workflows.
- Coordinate with content writer
