Roles & Responsibilities
- Create attractive posts for Instagram and Facebook.
- Design graphics using Canva or similar tools.
- Create Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Set up and manage the company's YouTube channel.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the team to convert accounting, GST, taxation, and business topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content creation and productivity.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
- Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, InShot, or similar tools.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA,



BA, MBA, or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with personal Instagram pages, YouTube channels, or content portfolios will have an advantage.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a simple creative assignment:
- Design one Instagram/Facebook post.
- Create one 30–60 second Reel or YouTube Short.
- Write a caption with relevant hashtags.
