Role & responsibilities
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and clients.
US Market Knowledge: Understanding of US work authorization, visa processes, and labor laws.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salaries and benefits effectively.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
