About the Role

Alt-Mobility is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Team Lead B2B Sales to drive the adoption of Electric Cargo Vehicles across Delhi NCR. The role involves leading a team of Field Sales Executives, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with businesses that can benefit from electric cargo vehicles.

The ideal candidate should have robust B2B sales experience, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through field sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Conduct daily sales huddles to review targets, performance, and action plans.
- Monitor daily field activity, productivity, and sales reports of the team.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved by the team.
- Develop territory-wise sales strategies to maximize market coverage.




- Meet business owners and key decision-makers to promote Electric Cargo Vehicles.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with:
- LPG/Gas Agencies
- Paint Dealers & Distributors
- Cement Dealers & Distributors
- FMCG Distributors
- Logistics & Transport Companies
- Courier & Last-Mile Delivery Operators
- E-commerce Fleet Operators
- Wholesale & Retail Distribution Businesses
- Manufacturing & Industrial Units
- Any business with intra-city goods movement requirements
- Understand customer operations and recommend suitable EV deployment models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain commercial benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, leasing, vehicle availability, and deliveries.
- Track the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
