Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Property Specialist will identify, evaluate, and present suitable residential and commercial properties to clients, guiding them through the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating with owners and developers, maintaining updated listings,



and preparing accurate property documentation. The role involves building and managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing market insights, and supporting property negotiations to close sales and leasing deals. The Property Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth property management and post-sale support, while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and provide timely support.
