As the organization enters its next phase of growth and product innovation, it is looking for an experienced product leader who enjoys solving business problems at scale and building products that create measurable commercial impact.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and enjoys working at the intersection of business, sales, credit, operations and technology.

Role and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for design, launch and scale recent retail lending products and financing programs.
- Identify emerging customer needs, market opportunities and competitive white spaces to build differentiated offerings.
- Conceptualize innovative product propositions and drive them from business case through implementation.
- Drive portfolio growth by owning product-level business plans,



customer acquisition strategy and commercial outcomes.
- Own the product P&L; with accountability for revenue, profitability and portfolio quality.
- Partner with Credit, Operations, Risk, Technology and Sales teams to ensure seamless product execution.
- Lead product implementation, system enhancements and digital process improvements.

Skill and Qualifications
- CA or MBA from a Tier-1 institute with 12 to 15 years experience in Product Management within retail lending, NBFCs, banks or consumer finance.
- Strong understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition journeys.
- Commercial mindset with exposure to P&L; ownership and portfolio management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across large organizations.
- Prior experience launching new lending products from scratch will be preferred.
