Role Description
The Area Service Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing service operations and customer support within the assigned territory.



This role involves managing service teams and technicians, planning and monitoring daily field activities, and ensuring timely installation, repair, and maintenance of Kent products. The Area Service Manager will track service performance metrics, handle escalations, and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Daily responsibilities include coordination with sales and logistics teams, maintaining adequate spare parts and inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also includes training and mentoring service staff, preparing regular reports on service performance, and supporting service-related initiatives and campaigns in the region.
