Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in a design, branding, digital, or marketing agency. The ideal candidate understands how creative agencies operate and has experience selling branding, design, website, UI/UX, digital marketing, or related services.
This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective clients, managing the sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and industry events.
- Research and engage founders, marketing heads, brand managers, and decision-makers across target industries.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, estimates, and commercial quotations in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate pipeline, follow-up, and client information.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of business development experience in a Design Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Digital Agency, or Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing service-based projects.
- Solid understanding of branding, design, UI/UX, websites, digital marketing, or creative services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
