Key Responsibilities
- Founder-led short-form videos (LinkedIn, X, Reels, Shorts)
- Long-form educational & product videos (YouTube)
- B2B SaaS marketing content, case studies & ads

Required Skills
- Strong hooks & retention-focused editing
- Clean pacing (not over-edited)
- Subtitles, pattern interrupts & basic motion graphics
- Comfortable using AI tools for captions, clipping & speed
- Fast, reliable & detail-oriented
