Role & responsibilities

1. To follow the cGMP, safety norms and adhere with company policy.

1. Preparation and maintenance of EHS SOPs.
2. Maintain and Safety Equipment and suitable PPEs.
3. Given safety-related training to all the (Regular & Contract employees), build up safety culture for all the employees.
4. Issuing the work permits-Vessel entry, Hot work, Height work, General work, Electrical work, Excavation work, Loading/unloading of Flammable solvents from road tankers permit.
5. New chemical or current product monitoring and followed by training.
6. Monitoring the lighting, noise monitoring levels.

8. Carry out the Plant safety inspection in all workplaces, Removing the unsafe act & unsafe conditions.

Conducting plant safety committee meetings & minute of meeting for circulation and follow-up action plan as per Factory act / SOP.

10. Preparation and update of Onsite emergency plan and organized mock drills.

1. Identifying the unsafe acts and conditions.
2. Responsible for Audit support.
3. Support in updating the EHS Dashboard.
4. Maintained the MSDS at workplace.
5. Monitoring and maintenance of pest and rodent control and Pest-O-flash records.
6. To perform any other activity assigned by the reporting authority.
