Role Description
The Agency Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on developing and managing the agency channel for HDFC Life. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agency partners and Financial Consultants to build a high-performing sales team.



The individual will be responsible for driving sales of HDFC Life’s products, ensuring achievement of business targets, and maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers. Daily activities include monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular field visits and review meetings, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base. The Agency Development Manager also collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, deliver excellent customer service, and support long-term business growth in the region.
