Finance & Accounts Executive
ART Fertility Clinics is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in accounting, GST compliance, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
As one of the leading fertility and reproductive medicine providers, we value accuracy, integrity, and collaboration. You will work closely with finance leaders, auditors, and operational teams to ensure efficient financial processes and compliance with statutory requirements. Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or IVF industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities – Finance & Accounts
- Process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for employees, ensuring timely and accurate calculations.
- Post monthly salary journal entries and prepare salary comparison and variance analysis reports.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliations, including reconciliation of advances received from customers.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) within the prescribed statutory timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for GST audits and provide the required information and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, with a focus on customer receipt reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain centre-wise mapping of credit card collections, PhonePe, and other digital payment platform receipts, ensuring accurate accounting of all receipts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities by ensuring timely reconciliation of key accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
