Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (Kannada) to strengthen client relationships and support the growth of our EV Charging Infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Kannada and English, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions related to EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, and Technical teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare customer reports, maintain CRM records, and update project progress.
- Support business development activities by identifying recent customer opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Business Coordination.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer accounts.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the EV, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Engineering sector is preferred.
