We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager who can independently plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Set up audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR,



CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
