Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Sales Executive will generate leads, conduct property presentations, and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, following up on inquiries, arranging and attending meetings,



and coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, staying informed about Dubai’s property market, and communicating clearly with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable investment options. The Sales Executive will also participate in networking activities, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of real estate sales processes, with interest in luxury and investment properties.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client records.
