We manufacture complete housing unit sets and panels — treating housing as a manufacturing problem, solved at speed. We're an early-stage company raising a seed round and building an investor pipeline across the US, Middle East, and India.

About the role

We're looking for a part time Fundraising Consultant to drive investor pipeline development and outreach execution for our seed raise. You'll work directly with the CEO — researching and qualifying investors, running structured outreach, managing follow-ups, and keeping the fundraise pipeline moving every week. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who knows the venture ecosystem and treats fundraising as a disciplined sales process.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a qualified investor pipeline: VCs, angels, family offices, and proptech/climate/deep-tech funds relevant to our stage and thesis
- Research investors' theses, recent deals, and warm-path connections; prioritize targets by fit




- Draft and execute outreach: cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and warm-intro requests, personalized to each investor
- Manage the pipeline end to end — follow-ups, meeting scheduling, status tracking, and weekly reporting to the CEO
- Support data room readiness: ensure decks, FAQs, and diligence materials are current and correctly shared
- Prep the CEO for investor meetings with briefing notes on each investor's portfolio, thesis, and likely questions
- Track market intelligence: relevant funding rounds, active funds, and investor movement in proptech, construction tech, and AI/robotics

Requirements
- 3+ years in fundraising, investment banking, VC/PE, investor relations, or startup finance
- Working knowledge of early-stage venture instruments (SAFEs, priced rounds, cap tables)
- Proven experience running structured outreach — you can show pipelines you've built and meetings you've generat
