Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals to join our Business Development & Client Servicing team. The role involves growing partnerships across corporate, government, and entertainment sectors while driving revenue through events, sponsorships, talent management, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and collaborate with B2B clients, corporates, and brands for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Identify and close business opportunities in events, talent management, and brand activations.

Manage artist deals and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Responsible for business development, including cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings.





Supporting on-ground event operations and execution as per business requirements.

Travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and event operations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing.

Prior experience in event agencies, entertainment, or media industry will be an advantage.

Fluency in Local language Hindi and English is mandatory.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and networking.

Willingness to work from office and travel for meetings/events.

Energetic, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
