About This Role




We are seeking a recruitment qualified to support global youth hiring programmes by managing candidate screening, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and recruitment coordination across multiple Vodafone markets. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for local talent teams, ensuring an efficient candidate experience while contributing to process improvements, digital innovation, and data-driven recruitment decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Source and attract early-career talent for global youth recruitment programmes
- Manage the end-to-end candidate screening process, including CV reviews, online assessment results, and video applications against defined eligibility criteria
- Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate assessment centres, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment activities with local ta
