Role Description
The Overseas Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving international sales and managing relationships with global clients. Based in Coimbatore in a hybrid setup, the role combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include identifying new overseas markets, developing sales pipelines, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating contracts with international customers and channel partners. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering, production, and service teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction. The Overseas Sales Manager will also conduct market research, participate in online and in-person meetings, track sales performance against targets, and provide regular reporting and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong international sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in overseas markets.
- Experience in industrial automation, engineering products, or related technical solutions, with the ability to understand and present technical offerings clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and comfort interacting with global clients.
