Position Summary

The Manager – Finance & Accounts will lead the end-to-end Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Compliance, Treasury, Taxation and Controllership functions of the organization. The role ensures strong financial governance, statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting,



effective cash management and continuous process improvement — while actively driving Tachyon’s finance transformation and AI-Native ways of working to support the company’s growth.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual book closure, using automation and AI-assisted workflows to compress cycle time and reduce manual effort.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and Group Accounting Policies.
- Maintain accounting records, chart of accounts and financial documentation.

Controllership & Governance
- Manage period-end close and financial reporting processes.
- Own the end-to-end payroll process and disbursement of salaries.
