We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations & Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our agency while ensuring the smooth execution of client deliverables across social media platforms.

This role combines business operations, client coordination, administrative support, and social media management. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content, coordinating with designers and clients, assisting with recruitment, sending professional emails, following up on invoices and payments, and ensuring that daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates professionally, and thrives in a quick-paced creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other client social media accounts.
- Ensure all social media content is posted accurately and on schedule according to the content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors,



and content creators to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Manage client communications, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Assist with hiring by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Send professional emails to clients, candidates, and vendors.
- Follow up with clients regarding invoices, payments, and pending approvals.
- Maintain project trackers, client records, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate internal meetings and manage calendars.
- Support the leadership team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
