AADIJAGANNATH FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. As part of our quick-growing fintech team, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition (such as hiring sales, BDE, telecallers, and operations staff), employee onboarding, policy implementation, attendance management, and fostering a positive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and short-list potential candidates for various roles (sales, telecallers, technology, customer support, and administrative staff) through job portals, social media, and campus hiring.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle complete end-to-end employee onboarding, background verification, document collection, creation of offer letters, and exit management formalities.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain and update employee databases, statutory compliance, PF/ESI records, and administrative documents.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Track daily attendance,



leave balances, working hours, and coordinate with finance/management for timely monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, resolve office conflicts, and organize internal team-building activities to boost employee morale.
- Performance Management: Assist in setting up periodic KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and managing performance reviews alongside department heads.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
