As your responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished products meet the company's quality standards, food safety requirements, and statutory regulations. The role involves laboratory testing, quality inspections, maintaining standard quality, followup on SOP raw material ,documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Raw Material Quality
- Inspect incoming raw materials such as milk, cultures, packaging materials, and additives.
- Verify supplier quality certificates and specifications.
- Conduct acceptance or rejection based on quality standards.

In-Process Quality Control
- Monitor production processes at various stages.
- Perform quality checks during manufacturing.




- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify deviations and report them immediately.

Finished Product Testing
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests.
- Verify product specifications before product release.
- Maintain laboratory records and test reports.

Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Follow GHP (Valuable Hygiene Practices).
- Support HACCP implementation.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Documentation
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Record non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Maintain calibration records for laboratory equipment.

Laboratory Activities
- Perform routine laboratory analysis.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness of laboratory
